尊敬的刘晓林副会长，
我谨代表加拿大国际文化基金会向您本人及您甘肃省友协的同事们致以诚挚的谢意，感谢你们为第五届中加文化对话的成功召开和基金会代表团顺利访甘所付出的辛勤努力。在甘期间，我们感到宾至如归。感谢你们为我们所做的热情周到的食宿行安排。
能够在甘肃敦煌举办第五届中加文化对话我们倍感荣幸。身临其境地了解敦煌以及周边地区灿烂的文化遗迹，那里传奇的历史、辉煌的文化、瑰丽的自然景观和友好的人民，这一切我们都将永远铭记。这种经历也将永久地把我们和中国联系在一起。
感谢你们所做的协调工作，我们得以考察了甘肃不同地区和城市。正是这些实地访问，使我们更加期许通过对话项目这一载体，持续提升两国人民之间业已存在的密切联系。
第五届中加文化对话的成功举办建立了一种纽带，这个纽带将承载和帮助加中两国人民进一步增进互信，深化友谊。

On behalf of Can4Culture, I wish to extend to you and your colleagues at the Gansu Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, our heartfelt thanks for all the work in the realization of the 5th Canada-China Cultural Dialogue and the Gansu visit of the Canadian delegation. We appreciate the hospitality bestowed to us during our stay in Gansu. Thank you for your generous hosting of all the meals and admissions to museums,heritage sites and scenic locales.
We are delightedto have the 5th Canada-China Cultural Dialogue to take place at Dunhuang, Gansu. It has enabled us to come to know the splendid cultural heritage of Dunhuangand the regions around. The legendary history, the rich culture, the beautiful landscape and the friendly people, will forever leave an imprint in our hearts and minds. The personal experience will continue to bond us with China.
Thank you for all the co-ordination work to allow us to visitGansu and its cities,municipalities and various locations. It is with these on-site visits that give inspiration for programs and projects which will continue topromote people-to-people contacts.
The successful 5thCanada-China Cultural Dialogue celebrates connections. It has indeed helped in the continuation of the promotion of understanding and fostering of friendly relations between the peoples of Canada and China.
